By accessing or using the 00jl Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member, a guest browsing the site, or through any third-party means of access — you irrevocably agree to these Terms and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 00jl. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify 00jl immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Contact information updates: You must promptly update your account details if your personal information changes. 00jl is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on the 00jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 00jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 00jl Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering or any activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 00jl staff, live dealer hosts, or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security protocols.

All content on the 00jl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of 00jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 00jl.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the 00jl brand, name, or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 00jl intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional terms caused by technical malfunctions, provided that 00jl takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any gambling losses sustained through lawful use of the Platform. Online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and 00jl does not guarantee any outcome or return.

00jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity.
• Confirmed underage gambling or use of the Platform by a person on a self-exclusion list.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User without legitimate basis.

Upon termination for cause, 00jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account to the extent permitted by law. In the event of any dispute between you and 00jl arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform:

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class action proceedings or consolidated claims against 00jl are not permitted under these Terms.
